LEAP DAY 2025

LEAP DAY is a conference event designed to form a co-creation community where individuals interested in shaping the future through human resource development—from students to working professionals, regardless of age, position, gender, nationality, or title—can come together to envision the future. It began as the final presentation venue for the Ryukyu frogs human resource development program. Since 2017, it has expanded annually, growing into an event where various development programs from across Japan collaborate and present. It brings together educators, families, entrepreneurs, investors, various NPOs, and individuals from industry, government, and academia with diverse roles—all interested in creating the future through human resource development—from all over Japan.
